Aidan has spent six years photographing and filming weddings, after being drawn to the work by wanting to document real moments rather than staged ones. He shoots every wedding solo, covering the day himself from the first look through to the reception, so couples and their families only ever deal with one person on the day.
He works closely with the couple, and often with both families, to understand what needs to be captured, then spends the day getting genuine reactions, vows, speeches, the first look, rather than posed set pieces, while keeping things relaxed enough that people forget the camera's there. Outside weddings, Aidan also shoots social video content for beauty and food brands.
